Description

We can prepare digital RunSheets from data obtained from the County Clerk's Office and/or Abstract offices, then capture images of the instruments required by the Client.

We assemble Digital Abstracts including a Tract Index from the County Clerk, Plat Maps, Tax Rolls and images of each instrument listed. This allows your Title Landmen & Title Attorneys to prepare ownership reports & Title Opinions without the need to drive to the rural Courthouses.

Our Digital Abstracts can be delivered on DVD, Flash Drive or by Cloud Services (Dropbox, Box, etc.). We have samples of each method for your review.
